1. Eligibility & Tour Activity I am 21 or older and am a BZPAC Member, Friend, or intend to join. I am medically and physically able to participate, including walking, stairs, uneven terrain, and keeping the tour pace. 

2. Registration Payment & Balance My $500 registration payment is applied toward my total tour amount; the remaining balance is due according to the Tour Agreement. I understand the $500 is generally non-refundable once expenses or commitments are made on my behalf, subject to the Agreement’s cancellation/refund terms.

3. Insurance & Permission to Arrange Travel Travel insurance is included, subject to the insurer’s coverage, terms, and exclusions. I authorize BZPAC to act on my behalf, without Power of Attorney, as reasonably necessary to arrange or modify my tour-related flights, insurance, hotels, transportation, and other travel services. 

4. Included Domestic Flight BZPAC will include a domestic flight from the closest or most logistically suitable U.S. international airport with nonstop service to JFK, as determined by BZPAC. I am responsible for transportation to and from that designated airport and understand airline schedules and changes are beyond BZPAC’s control. 

5. Travel Risks & Liability I understand travel involves normal risks, including delays, illness, injury, security conditions, and loss of property. I voluntarily assume these risks and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, release and hold harmless BZPAC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from claims arising from my participation or circumstances beyond BZPAC’s control. Travel providers are independent third parties. 

6. Participation & Tour Arrangements Participation is subject to BZPAC approval and appropriate conduct, dress, safety, and group harmony. I understand dietary requests cannot be guaranteed, non-included meals are my responsibility, pricing is based on double occupancy, and single occupancy requires the applicable additional charge. 

7. Agreement, Payments & Communications The final Tour Agreement governs participation, cancellations and refunds. I agree not to stop, reverse, charge back, or dispute authorized tour payments through my bank, credit card, PayPal, or other processor; payment concerns must be handled directly with BZPAC under the Agreement. I will complete all required tour documents and authorize tour-related communication by mail, email, phone, and text.
